There’s more than one way to recycle your paper grocery bags, and this is an easy art project anyone can do. I sketched out some simple botanical shapes and filled them in with white acrylic paint. The only cost for this project was this inexpensive set of frames. (I used a combination of the 8x10s and mixed in a couple of 11x14s.) I think I’ll play around with painting some more shapes but like how the brown paper bags add texture to my green kitchen walls for now.
You do a fair amount of wall rearranging and hanging new things up. I get hives thinking about tacks/nails/hooks in my walls. What do you use?
These are wonderful!
I love these simple art pieces that make a fun statement. I’ve enjoyed seeing you continue to create your own art over the years. It has inspired me to do the same!
