I may have shared this recipe at some point before, but it’s truly the easiest (and best) slow cooker potato soup recipe. My mom got it from a work friend years ago and our whole family has made it since. We just had it over the weekend and it took me about three minutes to put everything together and then forget it about until dinner time that night. (It’s also easy to keep most of the ingredients on hand.)
I saved this one from you awhile ago and my family loves it! So quick and easy. We use broccoli cheddar soup and sometimes add carrots and broccoli.
The added veggies sound good to me. But I’m sure I’d have some protests from within my house :)
Yum! As the weather begins to cool, I’m thinking soup and this sounds great.
Looks yummy. Do you know approximate number of servings?
I’m not good at this kind of thing but six of us ate it for dinner and we probably had two servings left. (Some of us also got seconds….)
I understand that- people’s portion sizes vary drastically too. This helps! Thank you.
Do you see the broccoli? If so my family will freak
No–because I have people in my house that would freak, too. :)
I made this and it was so good! Added a dash of salt and sprinkled some cheddar cheese on top. Delish!
ALL of my kids ate this! And loved it! We have very few recipes that work for our whole family. Thanks for sharing!
