Good Things (Spring 2021)

It’s been a while since I’ve shared my “Good Things” so I’m condensing it into one long list of what I’ve found and loved this Spring. It seems like every time I’ve sat down to write this post–or anything else for that matter–it’s been time to get back in the car again to drive somebody to their next somewhere. With only a couple of weeks of school left, we’ve officially hit the mid-May slump; although in some ways, it feels like we just officially got started. This has truly been the strangest school year ever. I’m looking forward to a (hopefully) slower Summer schedule and less hours in the car.

A few of the Good Things I’ve discovered lately. . . 

I ordered one of these necklaces (Instagram ads strike again!) with my kids’ initials. Right now, I’m layering it with this tiny disc pendant. . .

And these gold hoops. (I ordered the biggest size and they’re definitely not too big.)

My favorite every day shoes.

I’m also wearing these and feeling my best middle school self when I do.

Just finished this book and predict it will be in my top three of the year.

These are great outdoor rugs. (I’m currently using this one inside in my daughter’s room.)

Melamine plate sets in good basic colors for easy outdoor dining.

In my search for the perfect white t-shirt, I like this one (fits loose; order normal size) and this one (I sized up so it’s not too fitted).

And this cute top when I want to be “fancier.” (My definition of fancy has definitely changed over the last year. . . )

Remember Million Dollar Decorators? You can watch it on Amazon Prime Video for $12 per season. Well worth it. I loved that show.

And I’m using this retinol cream and this SPF moisturizer on my face. (I’ve already reordered both of these.)

Also–these microfiber face cloths are my favorites for taking off makeup.

I’m loving this line of clothing. Great tops and dresses.
