While parts of this year have seemed to drag on forever, the holidays are coming at us fast–as I’m reminded often by my kids with their daily Christmas countdown. I have no intentions of going in and out of 20 different stores this year. Instead, my plan is to sit down (alone!) for a couple of hours with my laptop, a coffee and some Christmas music and to knock out as much as possible. This year, I’m partnering with Walmart and just like I’m streamlining my own online shopping, I’m doing the same for my annual gift guides.
Instead of coming up with ideas from a slew of different places, I used Walmart’s new online Gift Finder tool for the blog gift guides and for my personal shopping lists. You just choose who you’re shopping for and how much you want to spend to see tons of ideas. Since everyone’s school schedules are different this year, my own online shopping time is limited. I’m giving the Gift Finder an A+ for efficiency.
Another plus: You can order online at Walmart by December 23rd for free curbside pickup (for most items) or use their free 2-day shipping option. (Same-day delivery is also available for a small fee or unlimited for Walmart+ members.) We deserve something easy this year, right??
