If you follow only a handful of design blogs, you’re probably familiar with the One Room Challenge. I’ve never committed because well, I’m not always the best at turning out projects in a given timeframe–especially at my own house. But I love watching other bloggers and designers do their thing and am happy to support their efforts. In that spirit, I’m sharing my top 10 before and afters from the Spring 2020 One Room Challenge. Enjoy!
No. 1. A backyard shed turned flower studio.
No. 2. An entryway that replaces awkward nooks with built-in bourbon cabinets.
No. 3. A colorful kitchen update that keeps the oak cabinets.
No. 4. A bathroom makeover that keeps the same layout but doesn’t even look like the same space.
No. 5. Updating your kitchen update. (And a reminder that good design takes time.)
No. 6. Â Turning several smaller rooms into one big living space.
No. 7. Â Designing an open concept condo from scratch.
No. 8.  A beautiful bathroom/closet makeover. (Notice it’s the same vanity!)
No. 9. A master suite makeover where moulding and paper make a big difference.
No. 10. A creative takes back her creative space. (I want a backyard cottage!)

I want to thank you so much for introducing me to so many new and obviously talented bloggers. I have literally spent hours pouring over their sites and projects. I love seeing a new to me batch of talent that is so inspiring!
That colorful kitchen from Dwell is awesome! What a wonderful makeover with oak cabinets. It’s a show stopper. Thanks for sharing. All are good inspirations.
