While Target is toting its newest collection, called Opalhouse, as whimsical, colorful and eclectic, I find myself most drawn to the more neutral and textural pieces. It’s a fun collection–exclusively designed for Target–and I think it’ll be a hit, especially because of its price point on those pieces that mimic the style of pricier brands like Serena & Lily and Anthropologie.
There’s a lot, but I’m especially loving the rattan mixed in with the deep navy and green velvets. These are my top 12 picks in case you’d like a little help navigating:
one – two – three – four – five – six
seven – eight – nine – ten – eleven – twelve
PS–At the time of posting, I noticed a couple of these items were already out of stock (the rattan console and mirror), but you can sign up to be notified when they’re back.
PPS–They didn’t make my top 12 list, but if you’re in to armadillos, Opalhouse offers both a metal and wood version. Any Steel Magnolia fans??
I thought of Steel Magnolias too and laughed out loud thinking about “hacking” in to that cake!!
Ha, the armadillo would be hilarious and fun for our home here in SC Lowcountry…… we had one dig his way under our house recently, even deep under a buried screening under the crawl space.
I think you took an armadillo under the house better than I would have! ;)
I better go check out there new items. But in the past I’ve found their chairs sit very low. Maybe it’s because they were mid-century styled chairs. But I didn’t think they were comfortable.
