I often blog about the pillows and artwork I find on Etsy, but there are also a slew of pretty pottery shops on the site. There are quirky, handmade pieces that would be the perfect addition to a console or bookshelf, beautiful pitchers and serving dishes for wedding or housewarming gifts and even some colorful and personalized doggy bowls.
Keep in mind that since much of the pottery is made to order, there is a little lead time if you’re ordering for a gift.
Thanks to Etsy for sponsoring this post.
Oh you have to check out Melissa Maya Pottery shop too. I ordered her teacups with the geometric pattern over a year ago and they have held up beautifully!
Thanks for the recommendation!
Seagrove, North Carolina has some of the most amazing potters. My girlfriends and I go a coupke of times a year. We stop in downtown Seagrove pick up a map and head out on the surroinding country roads. We have our favorites that we go to every trip and always visit several new potteries on the map. Their shops are behind their house so they are very quaint and their prices are fantastic!
Great post! I already added several to my “favorite shops”.
I have a couple of pieces from Karin Lorenc, and I love them. Bright, crisp pottery. Check her out.
