Thanks so much for the Meredith Baer interview– I have all her HGTV episodes saved on my DVR but wish the show had lasted more than one season. I thought it was truly more useful than regular decorating shows because the stagers entered the house and talked about solving problems. Decorating shows just shows never walk us through the PROCESS of decorating… Love your Saturday 6’s :)

It was SERIOUSLY the best show. And like Carolyn said, it was a much better show than most because she gave really useful tips. You can still catch an episode every now and again by searching “Staged to Perfection.” :)

Emily, my boy/girl twins just turned 21! I also have a 17 year old daughter. You are about to enter “the best of times”. When you can just say “get in the car”. Or “go take a bath”. Life is still an adventure for your kids. I loved it when mine were 4 to 13. Teenage stuff and the fight for independence comes too fast! Enjoy the next few years!! :)
