This post is for those of you who have one of those little unused spaces right by the front door. You know, the one that’s technically called a sitting room or living room, but that few people ever actually sit or live in. . . Maybe this room will make you think about doing something out of your comfort zone. Going really dark and moody, even if the rest of your house is a pretty light and neutral place. I like this living room by Victoria Elizabeth Design because the one thing that makes it dramatic is also the same thing that’s easiest to change: paint.
