I had planned to post this yesterday, but when I sat down to finish it up, I got sidetracked by all of the sad news on TV. So while I’ll still share some of the good things I discovered last month, I also want to share this song with you. Our choir just sang it again this past Sunday morning. I hope it’s a comfort to you all.
September meant a slow transition to Fall around our house. No pumpkins yet, but I did add crotons (with my still-going asparagus fern) to our front porch planters.
I splurged on this dress because a good length and a sleeve is hard to find.
I ordered these ballet flats for all three of my girls. (And everybody got a different color!)
I’m really enjoying this memoir right now. (And, it’s making me want to clear every surface in our house asap.)
I plan to try to wear these joggers every day that I can possibly get away with it.
Did you know Baby Lips now comes in a crayon balm?
I just discovered this podcast. (I love her heart–and her voice is so soothing to me.)
My 2018 planner has arrived–although I have no actual plans yet. Emily has some of the cutest new designs.
My new favorite earrings—still on sale at Anthropologie.
I received a copy of this cookbook on my recent trip to the Southern Living idea house. Besides being able to relate to her stories of growing up at Baptist potlucks, these Southern-inspired recipes look delicious–and easy enough. (I think this one would make a great gift.)
